Many layers of oils come together in all of Sabeth Holland’s paintings. She likes applying the colors over and over again to get a rather three dimensional surface with mountains, caves and valleys. – Some time ago, coincidence wanted it, that she was able to photograph a few playful moments with the sunshine coming through from behind the canvas. – The glow is just amazing.
